Successful Reunions

Our overarching goal is the successful and happy reunion of pets and their families. While we know that we can't achieve success 100% of the time, we do measure our performance against this lofty metric. Through August 2025, our successful reunion rate is as follows:

Lifetime (since January 2024): 86.5% successful reunion rate

Year-to-date (January 2025 through August 2025): 78% successful reunion rate

Since​ opening our doors for fostering in early 2024, we have helped 30 pets. So far in 2025, we have helped 20 pets.

Our lifetime average vet cost per pet is over $120. ​
